Restaurant De Nieuwe PolderKeuken is situated in the centre of the famous “Polder” landscapes of Holland and this is even tastable in the dishes itself! Chef Frank Streefland was raised in the neighbourhood of the small town of Stolwijk and likes to cook with all kinds of ingredients from the nearby region.

Guest fancy his cooking style, which is actually a crossover with classic French techniques. Yet for Frank the most important goal is to surprise his guests with original flavours. To deliver quality is his aim. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cosy yet comfortable. Artist Bea Peters designed a classic tile wall with the polder landscape on it, especially for the restaurant.
